    I was here last week, and if I remember correctly the server was John. I have been traveling for about 3 weeks at the time and just wanted a good burger. What attracted me to the WTF burger was they proclaimed they used Wagyu beef from Australia for the burger patties. The burgers are NOT wagyu as they proclaim they are frozen and store bought. I notified the server of this and instead of apologizing he just said, ‘well I haven’t had any complaints before and we are in Cabo so we make do with what we have got’ I found the server rude, impatient and arrogant. When it came time to paying he actually asked for a ‘tip’. Well mate, the tip from me is to improve your customer service and make better burgers. Your charging US prices for absolute rubbish food. I gave 2 stars for the location and the fries.

    Food was unimpressive. The Turkey burger made my sister sick. Way too overpriced. Don't go unless you want bland overpriced food. There is way better food that will cost you less in other restaurants. Disappointed.

    Don’t get what the hype is about this place. The first time I came here I didn’t like my burger. My cousin is now here this week and she wanted to try it so we went with a group of friends, and only one person enjoyed their food (the beef patty sandwich). The pickle and the fries were the only good things about our food. The burgers were flavorless, the hot dog burger I got was hard to chew and also flavorless. The salad that came with one of the burgers was horrible. This place should have better than average food for the high price, but you can get a WAY better burger at a local place for 85 pesos. I truly don’t understand how it has such good reviews.
